Mentorship Policy

Before getting started, here are some important points about our WhatsApp‑based mentorship program:

               1.           Format

All mentorship takes place via WhatsApp.

               2.           Availability & Response Time

Inquiries will receive responses within one business day. Responses are not instantaneous; while we aim to reply as quickly as possible, please allow up to one business day for an answer.

               3.           Weekly Check-Ins:

At the onset of the process, you may schedule with your mentor a day and time that suits you best within our customer service hours for a weekly check in. You may of course ask questions as they come along, but we offer this as a courtesy to guarantee dedicated time with your mentor weekly.

               4.           Certified Mentors

Your mentor is a YRA‑certified coach who has successfully completed the Total Makeover program themselves and undergone extensive training.

               5.           Clinical Dietitian Support

Certain nutrition questions are referred to YRA’s clinical dietitian. These inquiries are non‑urgent by nature and may take longer than general questions, as they require specialized consultation.

               6.           Not a Continuous Chat

This is not a live, continuous WhatsApp chat. Conversations may pause and resume later the same day or the next business day.

               7.           Daily Effort

We strive to provide daily responses, but in some cases your reply may arrive the following business day.

               8.           Urgent Questions

If you anticipate needing an urgent reply on a specific topic, please ask your question in advance to ensure you receive an answer within one business day.

               9.           Dining‑Out Assistance

For restaurant or dining‑out queries, please send us the menu at least two days before your reservation so we can help you choose the best dishes in time.

               10.        Program Duration       

               •             Total Makeover: 63 days of WhatsApp mentorship, starting from the date your kit arrives.

               •             Sharpener Phase 1: 21 days of mentorship, from delivery date.

 

We do not send unsolicited check‑in messages, as we respect that clients prefer different levels of contact. You may reach out to us at any time during service hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Please note: WhatsApp mentorship is available only for the Total Makeover kit (63 days) and Sharpener Phase 1 (21 days). No WhatsApp support is provided for single products or hair kits.
